Cedric Anderson will discuss design strategies as well as technical tools that can contribute to the creation of inclusive and semantic websites in a simple way. His conference will focus on key aspects of accessible website development, notably for visually impaired or dyslexic visitors, and for users with motor disabilities or on the autism spectrum.

This presentation is part of Interrogating Access, a series of talks and workshops on accessibility in art and media production.

Cédric Anderson

Cédric Anderson is a web developer for the NT2 Laboratory at Université du Québec à Montréal. Self-employed for the past 17 years, he has had the opportunity to work with several new media artists including Jonathan Villeneuve and Kathleen Vaughan. He also participated in the production of websites for the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, Concordia University, and several private companies. He has been teaching web development in CEGEP since 2015 and in private tutorials since 2010.
