OBORO is proud to be an official gathering site of CyberPowWow 2K, the latest evolution of the CyberPowWow project, a unique, internet-based event which addresses issues of First Nations art, self-determination and digital technologies. This virtual gallery and library, web site and graphical chat room celebrates our entrance into the new millenium while encouraging the production of innovative digital-based art and of critical discussion amongst artists, writers, chatters and surfers of all ages and ethnic backgrounds in an Aboriginally-determined space.
