ELECTRE et MAGNETE 2004 ART SPATIAL, GRAVITATION ET MAGNÉTISME
© Arthur Woods
For its second edition, ELECTRE et MAGNETE has chosen the theme spatial art, gravity and magnetism. With the collaboration of the Canadian Space Agency, the symposium will address the part played by artists in out-of-the atmosphere exploration. Gravity will evoke dance, falling bodies and levitation myths. Magnetism will guide us toward wavelike sculpture, bodily fluids and Mother Nature’s rhythms.
