Residency Studio
The OBORO studio/residence is a 1200 sq ft autonomous space located in the 4001 Berri building, a cultural hub in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal district. Combining living and work spaces, these new accommodations welcome researchers and creators to an environment ideally suited to their needs.
- One bedroom – with double bed.
- A reading room – can double as second bedroom.
- A living room area – with futon bed and end table.
- One bathroom – with bathtub and shower.
- A fully equipped kitchen – with dining table seating up to 8.
- A spacious work area (large, east-facing windows) including a worktable with desk chair, telephone (local calls only) and a 400 sq ft open area.
- Wireless Internet access.
- Portable air conditioning in summer.
Please note that the two bedrooms communicate (opening at the top of the wall).

Week: 550 $
Month: 1650 $Housekeeping fees of $50 will be added to all rentals (3 days, weekly, monthly).

Check-in time: Between 11 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Check-out time: 1 pm
The studio/residence is a smoke-free environment.
