Nation to Nation CyberPowWow2KCPW Goes Global
OBORO
Curators: Skawennati Tricia Fragnito and Archer Pechawis
OBORO is proud to be an official gathering site of CyberPowWow2K, a unique, Internet-based event which addresses issues of First Nations art, self-determination and digital technologies. For the latest evolution of the CyberPowWow project, Nation to Nation has gone global with artists and writers from Canada, the United States, England and Australia. This virtual gallery and library, website and graphical chat room celebrates our entrance into the new millennium while encouraging the production of innovative digital-based art and of critical discussion amongst artists, writers, chatters and surfers of all ages and ethnic backgrounds in an Aboriginally-determined space.
OBORO
