OBORO is pleased to welcome the talented video artist Mélanie O’Bomsawin for the whole year, thanks to the support of the Foundation of Greater Montreal. Over several months, she will document our events and complement them with various mediation activities. This residency is part of our 2017 programming dedicated to Indigenous artists and thinkers. During her stay with us, Mélanie will explore various techniques and try out many types of equipment. A celebratory event will be organized at the end of the year to present all her video capsules. Stay tuned!
