Hugo Valcourt

Hugo Valcourt was the editor of the Réseau Art Actuel (RCAAQ) portal from 2005 to 2007, and technician and system administrator at OBORO from 2007 to 2011. He has received substantial training in new technologies and has also himself given several workshops. He has been active in the Quebec web milieu since 1996. Hugo Valcourt has worked for several important companies in the Quebec Web industry — E-Design, Quebecor Média, La Passerelle de presse internationale, iWeb Hébergement, and Netgraphe. He has acted as analyst supervisor for the Department of Canadian Heritage and as vice-president of BweebHosting. He is currently working for lapresse.ca, as well as fulfilling contracts in the cultural milieu.
